Know how you are wired. Then make the call.
For working professionals who lean toward astrology.
Your Vedic birth chart, read for the questions you face at work.
Hitaishi is an astrology based self-awareness advisor. It reads your chart to show your tendencies, your blind spots, and the season of life you are in. Then it helps you approach everyday professional questions with that in mind: a raise, a hard colleague, a job offer, what to say on Monday.

Your chart once. Then any question from your working life.

Enter your birth details
The date, time and place you were born. An astronomical engine calculates your Vedic chart from them. You do this once. The chart never changes.

Hitaishi maps your wiring
From the chart it works out your strengths, your weak spots, and the bias you tend to repeat at work. Add a few lines about your job and history, and it checks the chart against your real life.
-
Ask a real question
A raise, an offer, a hard colleague, what to say on Monday. Hitaishi reads the houses that rule that kind of question, and the chapter of life you are in today.
-
Get the call, and the why
A clear answer first. Then which part of your chart it read, what that means for you in plain words, the tendency to watch, and how sure it is.
The first answer in a conversation lays all of this out. After that it talks with you in plain words, and brings up your chart again only when it changes the answer.
Three things your chart knows that a generic coach does not.
What you are built for
Your birth chart is fixed the moment you are born. It shows how you take on work, where your strength sits, and the kind of role that gets the best out of you.
“A strong Jupiter in your house of gains: your network pays you more than any job title does.”
The bias that repeats
Every chart has a weak spot. It shows up as a habit you repeat at work: you undercharge, you avoid the hard talk, you say yes before you think. Hitaishi names it, so you can catch it.
“Saturn in your money house: you decide in the moment that your work is too small to charge for.”
What is live right now
Vedic astrology splits life into planetary chapters, and shorter stretches inside each one. Every answer is read against the chapter you are in today, and says when that changes.
“Your Venus stretch runs to December: a good window to be paid for your craft.”
You do not need to know astrology. Every answer explains its own.
Each answer tells you which part of your chart it read, and what that part means for you, in one or two plain sentences. No Sanskrit you have to look up. No wall of degrees and symbols. These are the only ideas you will meet:
- Your birth chart
- A map of where the planets were at the minute and place you were born. It is calculated, not guessed, and it never changes.
- Houses
- Twelve areas of life. One is the money you earn. One is the work you are known for. One is your network and your gains. A house that is strong or weak tells you where life comes easy and where it takes effort.
- Planets
- Drives inside you. Saturn is discipline and delay. Jupiter is growth and good counsel. Venus is craft, taste and being valued. Mars is drive and the will to assert yourself.
- Chapters (dashas)
- Your life runs in long planetary chapters, with shorter stretches inside each one. The chapter you are in tells you what this season rewards, and when it turns.
- Your year
- A chart cast for each birthday. It shows which drive leads the twelve months ahead.
What an answer looks like.
“I am leaving my role on Friday. They will keep asking me questions. What should I charge?”
Example reading.
Charge $400 an hour, sold as a prepaid block of five hours, paid before you answer anything.
Your money house is the weakest area of your chart, and Saturn sits in it. In plain terms: you tend to undervalue your own work, and you give it away in the moment.
Jupiter is very strong in your house of gains. Money comes easily through people who trust your advice. It comes badly through loose, after-the-fact deals.
The free yes. When the “quick question” arrives, you will decide it is too small to charge for. That is why the block matters more than the rate: it takes that decision away from you.
You are in a long Saturn chapter, in a Venus stretch that runs until December 11. Venus is strong in your career house, so this stretch rewards being paid for your expertise. Mars leads your year, which favors firm terms that you set yourself.
Have one sentence ready before the first message arrives: “Happy to help. I am taking questions as a prepaid five-hour block. Here is the invoice.” Do not discount it to make up for how the job ended.
Medium. Your chart is clear about the pattern. It cannot know the market rate in your field. The first two or three requests will tell you.
A tendency, not a fate.
Your chart shows what you lean toward. It does not decide for you. The point of seeing a bias is to catch it in time, and the point of knowing your season is to choose when to move. You still make the call.
How it is delivered
Hitaishi is software. Your chart is calculated by an astronomical engine. The advice is written by a language model working from your chart, everything you have told it, and a library of classical source material. There is no human on the other end. You should know that before you pay for anything, so it is here on the front page rather than buried in the terms.
It is self-awareness and professional guidance. It is not therapy, not a diagnosis, and not financial, medical, or legal advice.
In their own words.
A wonderfully simple yet very meaningful platform… there was clarity in the responses and it felt very trustworthy, especially when you don’t know who to turn to.

Before you start, and the method behind it.
Which astrology does it use?
Vedic astrology (Jyotish), the sidereal system from India. It uses your birth chart, the divisional charts for career and money, the planetary chapters (dashas), and the chart for your current year.
Do I need to know any astrology?
No. Every answer says which part of your chart it read and what that means, in plain words. If you know Vedic astrology well, you can ask for the full technical reasoning behind any answer. Short guides are in Learn.
Is the timing based on today?
Yes. Each answer is read against the chapter and the stretch you are in on the day you ask, in your own time zone. When a question names a date, it reads that date.
What if I do not know my birth time?
Tell us the date and place. The reading of your wiring still holds up. Some timing answers come back a little less precise, and the answer says so.
What do you actually build from my details?
Everything begins with a small set of basic facts: the date, time, and place you were born. Those three details pin down exactly what the sky looked like at your first moment, including where the Sun, the Moon, and each planet stood, down to fractions of a degree. That snapshot never changes, which is what makes it useful. It is a fixed reference point for you, computed precisely, not estimated.
On top of that snapshot you add the lived layer: your answers to our calibration questions, your professional history if you import it, and the decisions you talk through with Hitaishi over time. The chart gives us the wiring. Your answers tell us how that wiring has actually played out in your life. Each of these is a dot. A dot on its own tells you very little. The value comes from connecting them, and that is where the real work starts.
How do you connect the dots?
A chart by itself is just geometry, a set of unconnected dots. The lines between them come from a very large body of interpretation that we have indexed and cross referenced: classical Vedic texts, recorded conversations between practitioners, long video lectures, public discussions, and generations of written interpretation. It is the accumulated record of people reading charts against real lives over a very long time.
No single source is treated as gospel. A connection makes it into your reading only when independent traditions and independent readers converge on the same signal, and when it fits what your own history says about you. Where sources disagree, we weigh the disagreement instead of hiding it. That is why the readings hold up. The approach is closer to a literature review than to a horoscope column.
What layers of my chart do you read?
A full reading is never one chart. For every question Hitaishi looks at several layers at once:
- Divisional charts (vargas). Your birth snapshot can be recast into more specialized charts. Each one is a magnifying glass over a single area of life: one for career, one for partnership, one for assets, and so on. The model reads the ones your question needs. The main chart says what; the divisional charts say where in your life.
- Positions. Each planet sits in a house and a sign. The house is a life area, like career, standing, resources, or health. The sign is a style of expression. The combination is the basic sentence of a chart: which part of life, expressed how.
- Strengths. Two people can have the same planet in the same place and it delivers very differently. Every placement gets a computed strength score that tells us whether a planet is well placed and able to deliver its results, or compromised and likely to underdeliver. Weak placements are as informative as strong ones.
- Planetary motions. The sky keeps moving after you are born. Long planetary cycles divide your life into distinct periods, each with its own flavor, and the current positions of the planets are read against your birth chart. This is the timing layer, and it is why the same question can get a different answer in 2026 than in 2029.
